Kayaking is one of the most feared sports today; it is also among the most challenging. But aside from that, history tells us that this extreme sport had been considered by age-old traditions as a way-of-life for those living in arctic regions.

Based out of Traverse City, the CCPAC promotes the sport of kayaking and canoeing through educational clinics, recreational paddle events, and symposia on safe kayaking and canoeing.
