Founded in 1967 by Grandmaster Edward B. Sell, the US Chung Do Kwan Association certifies TaeKwonDo Black Belts, TaeKwonDo Instructors, TaeKwonDo schools, and TaeKwonDo students world-wide. Our organization is an officially recognized World TaeKwonDo Federation (kukkiwon) Association offering our members world class rank certification, licensing, charters and credentials to own and operate a professional martial arts school.
