An accredited rabbinical school, the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College is the rabbinical training institution of Reconstructionist Judaism. The rabbinical school prepares men and women for leadership and service in every aspect of Jewish community life. The Reconstructionist rabbi may serve in a synagogue or as a chaplain, teach in a university, direct a Hillel foundation, head a school or a bureau of Jewish education, administer a Jewish center or staff a Jewish community agency.

Founded in 1968 to fulfill the philosophy of Judaism formulated by Rabbi Mordecai M. Kaplan, the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College (RRC)is located in suburban Philadelphia.
