The Franciscan Outreach Association is a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to serving the poor and homeless in Chicago. It operates the largest homeless shelter in the city that is open 365 days a year, and maintains a soup kitchen at another central location that feeds poor and homeless families every evening.
