American Women Presidents

American Women Presidents is a national political action committee dedicated to electing America's first woman president in 2008. We support Democratic and Republican women running for U.S. Senate and governor -- positions in the pipeline to the presidency. The men and women of American Women Presidents believe that history is in the process of bringing not only one but a progression of women to serve as President of the United States, just as so many women have now served as governors, Senators, and congresswomen.
