Adoption Center & Animal Shelter - The Mission of the Humane Society of Morgan County (HSMC) is the extension of education to pet owners in humane treatment of animals, increasing pet adoptions, and to maintain an animal shelter which is dedicated to providing humane care and treatment to animals in our care. HSMC is a nonprofit organization and only through the support of volunteers and donations from our community are we able to improve the quality of life for our animals. Adoptions and Fostering, Subsidized Spay/Neuter Program, and Lost and Found Assistance.
