The World Nuclear Transport Institute (WNTI)was establishsed in 1998 to promote sound and objective principles for ensuring radiaoactive materials are transported safely, efficiently and reliably within a secure international framework. It is the only body dedicated to presenting the industry point of view on radioacitve materials transport matters from an international perspective. WNTI has grown dramatically with member companies drawn from a wide range of industry sectors, including major utilities, fuel producers and suppliers of large radiaiton sources.
