The Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board (NPAIHB or Board) is a tribal organization comprised of the forty-three federally recognized tribes in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. NPAIHB provides support in health promotion, disease prevention, health research, and legislative advocacy.
