Harold Sanco is the 1998 United States National Aerobic Champion and a two-time bronze medallist at the National Step Challenge Competition. He has recently appeared in Christi Taylor's Hi/Lo Heaven video, and is preparing to film his first exercise video in January called Urban Training.
