The Department of Earth Sciences, University of Bristol, Wills Memorial Building, Queen's Road, Bristol BS8 1RJ, UK. Internationally renowned for its research, the department offers BSc and MSci programmes in Geology and in Environmental Geoscience, together with an MSci with a year's study in Continental Europe or North America in either Geology or Environmental Geoscience. There are also four joint honours programmes, two taught MSc courses - in Palaeobiology and in Earth System Science, and an MSc by Research in the Science of Natural Hazards.
