Campus Side Apartments, LLC has been providing quality off-campus housing at the Syracuse University and Cortland State University of New York since 2002 and have expanded to Augusta, GA in the Spring of 2012. Our mission is to provide quality off-campus housing. We work hard every day to improve the quality of our properties and our management to better serve our residents. In addition, we extend our focus to support the stability and progress of the neighborhoods and the communities we live and invest in. Attentive property management and community outreach has been the pillar of our success.
