Established in 1984, Bacarel are suppliers of quality dehydrated goods to the food processing industry. We specialise in supplying dehydrated potato products and milk proteins. Bacarel are major suppliers of both potato granules (powder) and potato flake. These products are produced using different manufacturing techniques, have different properties and hence their end uses are usually quite distinct.
