The Cole Health Family: Cole Health is dedicated to bringing hope and changing the lives of our patients, their families and their providers. Based in Houston, Texas, Cole Health provides nursing, speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy both in patient’s homes and at nine outpatient clinics throughout Houston, San Marcos and Austin.
