SETZI SADDLES Endurance and Trekking Saddles Shop

The idea of Setzi saddle is the result of years of study and testing by Antonio Sardo (equestrian guide, specializing in long distance horse-trekking and with a very good knowledge of endurance races). More than 20 years Antonio Sardo organized and led group excursions on horseback, across Sardinia and Corsica, lasting one or two weeks at a time. These journeys contributed to Antonio Sardo’s research for the perfect saddle. Among the different saddles he tried out, Antonio rediscovered the old Sardinian saddle. This saddle has two requirements, on the one hand it reduce problems for horse, on the other side provide adequate comfort and stability for the rider.
