John Willis

Since receiving his MFA in Photography from Rhode Island School of Design in 1986 John Willis has taught photography at institutions including Harvard, Princeton and the Mass Collage of Art and currently teaches at Marlboro College. John has also exhibited in over fifty solo exhibitions and shown in the Netherlands, England, Scotland, Italy and published in Germany, Korea, Holland, Sweden, Russia, the U.S.A. and in Internet Publications. John's work is currently in the permanent collections of The Whitney Museum of American Art and The Boston Museum of Fine Arts among others.

Showcases images of aging people in nursing homes, babies, underwater scenes, the remains of a State Hospital for the Insane, and found still life photographs. Includes artist statement, biography, and a list of exhibitions.
