The Peachtree Clown Alley (PCA) is a non-profit, non-sectarian, and non-political association (Alley) of Clowns to advance the Art and Craft and Business of Clowning in the Atlanta GA area. We gather to promote the PCA (and clowning in general), to the public; and to offer Community Services, giving back to the public whom without, a clown would not have an audience.
