From its foundation in 1988, the Joyful Company of Singers rapidly established itself as one of Europes leading chamber choirs. Major prizes in competitions in the UK (Sainsbury's, Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod), France, Italy, Spain and Hungary have led to invitations to festivals in Russia, Denmark, Poland, Germany and the USA, as well as regular appearances in France and Italy.
