Das Programm der Kunst- und Ausstellungshalle basiert auf einem breiten Kulturbegriff. Das Haus hat die Aufgabe, geistige und kulturelle Entwicklungen von nationaler und internationaler Bedeutung sichtbar zu machen und den Dialog zwischen Persnlichkeiten aus Kunst, Kultur und Geistesleben sowie aus dem Bereich der Politik zu frdern. Es finden hier Ausstellungen, Kongresse, Theater- und Musikveranstaltungen, Filmvorfhrungen und Vortrge statt.
