Ariane Rees is a classically trained professional singer and performer based in Barcelona. She specialises in medieval Spanish music and performs throughout Europe singing a capella or with a small group of musicians playing traditional instruments.In keeping with the spirit of Spanish medieval music, which was itself the product of a fusion of differing cultures, Ariane's music itself isa fusion of styles; blending her own classical training with an authentic feel for the period and genuine love of traditional songs mixed with a modern world music approach.
